Chunkychunkychunky

So this is my second post since my return (wow that made me sound full of myself) and this time I really do hope that I stay around for a little longer because blogging really helps me calm down and I’ve been panicking a lot lately

On a different note, I saw a girl the other day wearing fila disruptors and I actually fell in love with them. I think the whole buffalo boots trend is really cool. It’s just the right amount of edgy and comfortable.

Alas, they are £80.00, money I neither have nor my family wish to pay for shoes but I  am searching on depop for some for cheaper.

Also, I've just started watching Skins and its pretty cool. I was especially loving the eary 2000s fashion, which, although isn't my personal style is quite nice. I'm really enjoying Cassie and Effy's styles at the moment. These pictures depict their best style moments - the first Cassie look I especially adore.

Hannah Murray/Cassie Ainsworth She would be like me best friend...if she were real :(  Looove Effy Stonem. (Kaya scodelario)

Now I think about it, these two styles are complete opposites.
Although, my style is very random anyway.

It’s been a while

So, it’s been a while.

Since I’ve been gone, I have:

  • Started a new school
  • Made the most amazing friends
  • Finished degrassi in its entirety (twice)
  • Fallen out with someone i thought I would always be close with
  • and discovered myself a bit more, however cheesy that sounds
Also, blogs by kids is apparently shut down now? And I’ve lost all my readers...

Anyway, today I wanted to do a tag, just to show what I’m like now.

5 things you could probably find in my bag:
  1. My very broken, doodled in school planner
  2. A pencil case full of notes me and my friend write to eachother in English language
  3. Zebra mildliners (in rainbow order)
  4. Random pens that don’t work laying at the bottom
  5. And is it really even a school bag if you don’t have all the determination from the first day stuffed at the bottem and forgotten about.
My 5 favourite things in my room:
  1. My windows - my ceiling is slanted so I love how the rain sounds on it
  2. My journal that I made earlier this evening (although it’s now 1:18 am so I guess it’s not still this evening).
  3. My record player and born to die vinyl because I’m kind of basic, not gonna lie
  4. My ‘faux’ Polaroids of my friends - I literally just printed out pictures on normal paper and cut them into squares.
  5. My slanted ceiling

My 4 favourite people in the world right now (with nicknames because privacy):
  1. Smol - my best friend who actually means the world to me and helped me through a panic attack. He always makes me laugh and knows how to cheer me up.
  2. Leprechaun - I’ve know her since we were babies and we’re still really close.
  3. Angus - Really nice to me and we have almost all the same classes.
  4. Scissors - we were really close when we were younger. I performed in a dance show and through that we became pretty close again. He’s actually so sweet and pure and deserves to be protected. We also have the best inside jokes.

That’s it I guess.

spending hours on style.com (as I do)

Has anyone else seen the Audrey Hepburn and Givenchy book online? It's just so super pretty and I literally cannot wait to save up enough money for it. Ugh.. It's just gorgeous. So are almost all of the
Prada books. I'm in fashion heaven. I promise you as soon as I get one of them I will talk about them on here more!

Anyway, so I have been browsing Style.com for quite a while now and I'm currently captivated by Isabel Marant. I love how elegant and girly her pieces are without being over the top feminine.

One of the most fabulous things Isabel Marant does is make small tweaks and changes to very classic pieces. She can take a timeless item and make into something new and exciting, which I just love. Take this corset belt. This is something that has really come into style recently and I wasn't too keen until I saw her very Parisian interpretation, which I have to admit made me squeal. Also, her designs are making me see all sides of a garment.

ONLY FASHION, DEGRASSI AND GOSSIP GIRL CAN MAKE ME FEEL THIS WAY (ALL CAPS TOTALLY NECESSARY)!!!

Anyway, I should probably stop typing now, sleep is calling. No seriously. I'm knackered. So bye, I guess.
